By creating an account, accessing or using Previra, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Account and security
You must provide appropriate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Purpose of the service
Previra helps capture, organize, track and prevent personal or professional obligations and events. Features may include reminders, documents, voice, computer vision, AI, collaboration and cross-device access.
AI and decisions
Previra uses artificial intelligence. Responses, suggestions, voice transcripts and image or document analyses may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Always verify responses and data against the original source, especially dates, times, amounts, recipients and appointments, before confirming an action. AI does not replace medical, legal or financial advice or emergency services. You decide which suggestions to accept and must review the results.
Permitted use
You may not use Previra to violate laws or third-party rights, bypass security controls, access accounts without authorization, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized infrastructure access.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Previra only the permissions needed to store, process, synchronize and present that content to provide functions you request.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Features and limits may vary by plan. Prices, billing periods and applicable conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew until canceled, as disclosed in the purchase flow and subject to applicable law.
Availability and changes
We seek to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, security measures, external providers or events beyond our control may affect availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while preserving mandatory user rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Previra does not guarantee that every reminder, prediction, extraction or automated response will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, changes and contact
Accounts may be limited or suspended in cases of risk, fraud, abuse or material violation of these Terms. We may update these conditions and will communicate material changes. Questions may be sent through Previra official support channels.
